fog light brightness

I just got a used projector fog off ebay for the left side, i had a new bulb for it I never used in my trunk, so i used that. When i finally got it hooked up, that side came out much brighter than the right side. I didnt have time to investigate tonight but what could cause this? bulb? LKM?

Oh yeah, i forgot. Yes i did. I got everything working. Thanks for everything, you've been a big help. I'll post pics and maybe a video of it if i can.
