Sport Package specifics

Hello, I have been looking at the 2001 740i and 740iL recently, and am curious about the "Sports Package". Does anybody have an official list from BMW of items that are included in the sports package. I am noticing a lot of variety between dealers and am not sure all are truly equipped as advertised.

I drove earlier this week and was astounded with the power available, ride quality and handling compared to my little 525i. The sound of the exhaust was enough alone to get me hooked on the big 8. What a machine!
