does anyone know if the exhaust manifold from a 3 series 328 engine will fit plug & play on a M50 non-vanos 520i engine?
someone told me the default 520i exhaust manifold is restrictive and 328 one would give better breating.

it'll bolt up but i don't think they are any better, if it has the air injection system you will need to plug that up to use the m52 stuff

what is air injection system? if there is one (a hole?), how to plug it? weld it shut?

its an emissions thing - you have to plug it.
