need help for front passenger seat

my daughter is playing around w/ the switch of the seats & afer doesnt work & dnt have an access to remove the bolt. what do you think i can do or is there another way to remove it. have no clue????

you may have enough room to get a torx socket on it and loosen it out from working in the rear.
