I've previously had this site http://www.fabdirect.com/default.asp?id=1&name=Home recommended by one of the indy garages around here. I haven't had cause to use them as yet though, normally try the scrap yards first personally and there seems to be a few Ebay shops that have parts as well.

Found one anyway. Went to a couple of scrap yards but the wiper motors were in a really bad state. Went on this site: - www.bmwpartsgateway.co.uk which I found on Google. Bought it online for £40 – so jobs a good ‘n’.
