Thanks again, glen-sj, whiskychaser, and bubba966 for your responses. I just got it towed to a mechanic. I will post the result when I hear from the mechanic about the problem. It was very sad to see it on tow truck.

I regret to say that I have been there. Please do not make my mistake and have it towed to your dad's house. If it breaks the concrete on the drive you thiis will add to your woes. You will never live it down. People who you thought were friends will make videos about it

Finally I got the result, which was something I would never figure it even though it was the most basic thing. It was the relay, but the two relays were switched somehow. There is no way I could have done the switch as I always pay very careful attention to what I take out and what I put back. I always pull one thing at at time in order to not to mix them up and I put back one, then I will check the other one. It seems like the case of vandalism, but I am not sure who would want to do that. Two relays were switched and there was no connection to start the car. Now I got the check engine light and car starts fine, of course after paying 2 hour-labor to the mechanic.
I was looking at Bentley manual where there is a picture of e-box and three relays are next to each other. My car has 2 relays next to each other, and the third one is separate in the e-box, on the corner of e-box. It would have helped a lot, probably, if it was the same set up as in the picture in Bentley manual.
My mechanic says the starter is probably going bad from all that cranking as I can hear weird sound starting the car.
Hopefully next time when I have another problem I will have more time to check things out as my school has just started this time, which did not leave me much time to look for the problem. It was very frustrating.
