Great write up! I did mine using a modified 2-arm harbor freight gear puller and a vice grips chain wrench to hold it together. I used a torch to warm the subframe which allows the old bushing to be removed easier. I use a piece of sheet metal as a heat shield. For the installing bolt use never seize on the threads. Also two washers with never seize on them makes turning the nut a little easier. I also put the new bushing in the freezer over night before install. Aerosol glass cleaner can also be used to lubricate the bushing easing installation.
