    It passes coolant round the throttle flap - stops it from freezing open in cold weather. Do you really want to by-pass such a useful safety device?

    Guys was wondering if anyone can tell me whats that for. im having a coolant leak there but not severe. was wondering if i can take out the two hoses that connects there and just bypass the two hoses together? see pix with the arrow thanks in advance.

    We don't have snow here in the philippines and its always hot here. If I by-pass the hoses will it affect anything?

    It won't hurt anything to bypass it.
