It's raining, but the meet's been moved to underneath the Best Buy shop parking lot. The parking lot is open for the Guzzo cinema.

OMG ! Too bad I didn't have my camera.

What a turnout; I estimate 25-30 BMWs, everything from e30 to the latest X6, but no 1 series. Did I ever feel intimidated... Lots of very nice 3s from all generations starting from the e30. There was an M3 e46 with only one Recaro seat for the driver, dressed up for racing really, except no publicity or anything on the body outside.

A couple of 6 series too, but no 7s nor 5ers other than me and...

There was one other e34, a Silbergrau debadged, probably M Sport ? or M5, in absolute mint condition. It even sported the original antenna on the back (I have one too, just not the bolt to put it up); and black seats that I guessed were like new. But, not having the wide kidneys, it could be an M5. The guy coming out of it was in a suit.

I talked to a couple of guys, but really I felt diminished looking at my burnt dash, the unfinished fender repairs (rust, putty, paint to come). There was a somewhat beat up e30 that was probably for racing purposes (missing high beam for extra air intake).

Otherwise, spotless cars all over, many with eyes, big mags... drool, drool, drool... No ricers, just great taste all over.
