Shogun's an expert. You might try an advanced search with his name and a few keywords, until he replies from Japan later on.

Default Need help! Interior fan noise!

A gremlin has seemed to take house inside my dash board! When I have the fan on it sounds like its blades are rubbing (but it sounds more like a pissed off wasp's wings hitting something) against something. When I close my middle vent and put the air to my feet the noise is still there only not as loud, same goes for when I turn on the defroster (AKA shoot the air up) when I close all the vents the noise is hushed but still audible. Anyone know what part I need to replace? I've been looking on realOEM and cannot find it!
    Thanks a bunch!

    Great suggestion!
Gladly, I found the problem turned out to be a maple tree seed (I call the things helicopters becvause of how they fall). How it got into the fan is beyond me!

WTF is wrong with these forums. It seems like I'm picking up threads in the middle of a conversation, and not even on the same topic. I would ask if anyone else noticed, but I probably wouldn't see the reply anyway.
