BMW Parts Department / Mess Up

I went into to my local dealer and ordered a new seal for the torque convertor. I collected it (about 3 months ago) and they were 100% sure that the seal they were ordering for me was 100% the coorect part. Today i decided to make the most of the nice weather and pull the engine out the car, so i could easily work on the gearbox. On doing this i noticed that they had given me the wrong seal!!!!!!!! so now ive got the engine out a hired crane and a car which I STILL can't drive. and i can't do anything untill tuesday because of the bank holiday. So the parts dept have really pissed me off today!

They didn't show you the diagram to be sure that they're ordering the correct part? Hopefully it wasn't ex germany.
