As the old saying goes, if its too good to be true it probably is, and this is far too good. It would be more than that in the UK and BMWs are cheaper here than in Aus.
The seller has no feedback and a pretty generic name. Its a copy and pasted description and there are no car specific details. I wouldn't bother but if you do enquire out of curiosity be careful not to hand over any personal details or money!
