1MW pulse from them? Get real - this is like those little 2" speakers that you get from computer shops that say "1000W PMPO" out of something that blatantly doesnt even make a watt.

You may get an increased peak output, but tbh it's snake oil - if you get a strong spark (and from a coilpack, believe me, you get an arm-numbing spark) it's not really going to make that much difference. Under the physics laws - the plugs can only output LESS energy than put in... the amount of burn energy provided ... and the timing delay (remember your phase shift calculations!) cannot be good!

Most of the quoted 'power increases' are probably swapping worn/dirty plugs for new...

Also their policy on Debit card transactions would make me nervous!
