if the OBC goes out on my car does that mean that it is completely done for or is the "bulb" burnt out?
how hard is it to replace/fix it?
thanks!

can you still display the obc data on the cluster by pushing in the end of the indicator stalk...if you still get dispays there the obc is fine and the bulbs are gone(or more likely the last one has finally burnt out)....search the forum or look at e 34 .net.
Gone but not forgotten
yes the cluster works perfectly so i thought it was just the bulb as well tooOriginally Posted by Paul in NZ
great well at least there is some good new to this broken ass car after all!
hahaha
the lights in the obc are pretty easy to swap out. I swapped mine out because I had no light on my OBC. I actually used some extra bulbs I had from a spare e34 instrument cluster and they worked perfect...
Buy a Japanese car.
