Off hand, I'd add to the list:
Replace the vacuum line to the power brake booster;
Clean the ICV;
Fuel lines and clamps;
the Play-
bolts used to hold the throttle body and the rear plate to the valve body;
the infamous rear throttle plate and associated rubber;
The O-rings for that aluminum tube that runs in the valley;
the fuel pressure regulator hose;
Check that plastic elbow that hooks up to the throttle and MAF. If it even has a hint of cracking, replace it.
And if you really want to be done with the top end, replace or refurb the injectors. Now is a good a time as any to do it. (

The O2 sensors are easy to get to. You could do that yourself and save a few bucks. You just need the special wrench.
