Default I'm am looking for some tires and Costco has a great deal!!!!

I was wondering what tires you guys recommend?

I have the Michelin MV4 but it seems like they wore faster than normal...I have a feeling that it has to do with my suspension being out of tune!

anyways...pick the tire you have tried or have heard good things about if you can

Thanks for the continuing help guys!

If its a daily driver, stay away. Great handling tire but damn is it LOUD. It reminds me of mudding tires on the highway.

Why not a 225/60x15"? I doubt they cost any more than the skinny ones.

225/60 is the correct size for the car.

No, actually the 525i came with 205/65x15 and the 535i/530/540i came with 225/60. You could guess the cheaper car came with the cheaper tire, or maybe BMW did it for fuel economy figuring lowly 525i owners wouldn't care about losing handling and cornering capability. I always upgraded the 525i to the 535i size and even BMW did it on the wagons, I suppose that may have something to do with load rating.

I had Pilot Sports on on my last car. They lasted almost as long as I had the car, nearly 4 years/45,000 miles. I would definately buy them again.

The Michelin Pilot Exhaultos on Lori's car has now travelled 53000 miles with at least a 1/4 of the tread left. Not to mention they are still as quiet as the day they put 'em on. I don't see how you could go wrong with these tires. I know what I'm buying again when the time comes.
