No, it's not hard.
First, jack the car up and put on jackstands.
You will need to loosen the bolts on each end of the mounts, then jack up the trans enough to take the weight off the old mounts. Put the new mounts in, start the nuts that hold them in place. Lower the trans and tighten the nuts with the weight of the trans on the mounts.

I believe that you only have to loosen the nuts on the studs that face up that attach to the transmission. If I remember correctly, the mounts on the tranny have slots so that you can just loosen the nuts and slide the mount out rather than having to completely remove the nut. It makes it a bit easier like that. I also think I may have completely removed the transmission mount crossmember. It makes it much easier to get at the nuts on the tops sides of the mounts. Just make sure you have the transmission safely supported before you start removing the mounts or crossmember.
