Wheel Spigots E34...

Can any body help me out with this...?

I recently bought my car - BMW 1994, 520i 24v. The wheels on it aren't the correct size. When i get upto around 60mph i get an awful wheel judder! I've had the car tracked and wheels balanced and still nothing. I was told by the garage that i need some wheel spigots?

I've gone everywhere i can think of and nobody knows what size i need or where i can get them from. Any help will be much appreciated.

I have taken the codes down from my inner alloy...

Sorry for sounding stupid but i honestly don't know what i'm on about. The codes inside the alloy are:

8JJX17H2

TAN3077

PCD120

ET2.0

The code on my wheel hub is: 14H400.
