Default Advise/ Pssngr side low beam / '90,e34,m520,213000

    Hello fellow bmw aficionados,

I drive a '90 e34 m520 with 213,000; it is still going strong but have had issues with the tail lights and now the right low beam. I noticed it was out tonight and subsequently replaced the bulk to no avail...it did not light up.

Any suggestions? I ran out of daylight and will try again at first light...maybe, it needs to be properly seated in the housing for it to ground? Both high beams work as does the driver side low beam...could it be a fuse?

The larger question is what I do with this bad green girl: she is still solid, no rust, body is relatively straight, engine is strong, transmission feels smooth but she needs a paint job as the clear coat has started to discolor and blotch.

How much more mileage can one expect to get out of this car..? Any testomials would be appreciated.

Thanks you all and kind regards,

    Bryan

Resolder the LKM and you will have solved the problem most probably.
Link to repair in my website below, see for the link to Bruno's E34 website.
