We went down to Hammond to the gamblin boat, made it in under an hour just on the main. That’s the under way pic with the crib in the background above. Stiff wind from the north. The weather got rougher on the way back and we couldn’t get the sails up. DOH! After bout 3 hours we only made it as far as Jackson harbor for the night.
But that thing was like a cork in the heavy seas, very secure.
Yeah see that spot twice every year, good old wolf point. You should see it on a heavy sailboat bridge run, talk about traffic.
We took the mast down to do some electrical werk this off season. We were able to just squirt out on our own schedule this time.
