Passenger side door panel hangs up on the bottom door sill when trying to open the door. In other words, the bottom of the plastic panel is loose and catches on the door sill, probably because a fastener(s) is broken.

Is there a drawing of the geometry of this piece, and/or the fasteners that hold the bottom of the door panel snugly onto the door?
