Lock resynching question
Does anyone have the written procedure for resynching the locks in a 1992 535i? Just today the driver's side door button stopped coming up upon opening with the alarm button. All the other door buttons come up but I have to manually use the key to open the driver's side door even after using the fob. It closes and goes down okay but not up. I hope that it is something to do with the 0 F weather the last few days. Hopefully it just magically starts again but I would like to know the procedure just in case. I have attached a diagram and it is part no. 6 that is not going up anymore. Any ideas?

From the passenger side turn the key to the emergency lock position, a bit further than the usual 1/4 turn. Now unlock from the driver side.
This all according to Bentley and assuming a functioning system.
