It is really easy to disconnect the battery, remove the air bag, and unbolt the wheel. Other than disconnecting the battery you might want to mark the wheel and bolt with a straight edge and a marker before you take the wheel off. That way you have a reference point when you put the wheel back on.

Also if you are replacing one bulb might as well replace them all as long as the cluster is out.

For an added bonus you can use a red Marks-A-Lot and paint your guage needles red for that ///M look.
