Default Does anyone have the approx heater resistances?

A hand here would be helpful, going to pull the resistor pack this evening and test it out. I've got low-low-low-blow your head off speeds.

Might just get a new unit from the dealer.

I had the exact same problem and it turned out to be the dial. You could try removing the heat shield from the resistor and cleaning the contacts on the connector and cleaning the contacts on the dial. That did it for me.

Don't know the resistance values though, sorry there.
