LOL - I figured I'd leave those up for a while... you must have your "green button" hidden like I do. As with most of us these days, I do a lot of email and know all too well that it's too easy for things to be misinterpreted - I didn't know if the humor would find it's way through or not.Originally Posted by uscharalph

Ralph, if your lucky, you can also find E34-specific Style 5's for 72.56mm hubs. 1995 540's with the Sports package have them (like mine) from the factory. I've seen those once or twice on e-bay.
Cheers,

Your local Discount Tire can source them for you as well.
Wow, I didn't know they existed. I just picked up a set with the 74.1 mm hubs.Originally Posted by DueyT

Well I installed the hubcentric rings today. I ran without them for a couple of days. I had the new wheels and tires speed balanced on a Hunter machine, but the shop was out of stock on the hubcentric rings. The installer even told me he didn't think I needed them. He was wrong. I could feel a very slight vibration at all speeds and it was much worse between 50-55 mph.Originally Posted by Denton
No problems now. The car is very smooth at all speeds. I'm looking forward to tonight when I can give it a more thorough test drive
