Parts will not be an issue in Canada. Japan spec so it is it RHD.
Is there anything different about a Japan spec E30?They never imported the tourings to NA but a couple have shown up in town. I went to look at an 84 M635CSI today and they had a 91 325 Touring that my girlfriend decided she liked and wanted to take for a test drive. I'm just wondering if parts will be an issue in Canada.

There are many imported cars in Japan with LHD.
There are certain differences based on jap. specifications.
For example my E32 750 is LHD and it has on the end of the cat a temperature feeler which gives an alarm when the cat gets too hot.
The ones imported into Japan will be LHD but the ones made for the Japanese market will be RHD.
I imported probably 1000 "reconditioned" cars when I was in the Caribbean, all were RHD. A few BMW's were imported from Japan lately including the one in the pic, LHD but was first imported into Japan from Germany.
We will be bringing more low mileage BMW's from Japan soon for resale.
