NOXUDOL 900 Undercoating wont dry, HELP!

Does anybody here have expierence with undercoating? I sprayed my wheel wells with Noxudol 900 to black them out almost two days ago and it still has yet to dry. Its quite odd, after an hour or so it flashed to a flat black, but no progress in two days. There are no drying times or instructions on the can at all, the number on the web site isnt answered and the contact i purchased from is on vacation. I need this car on the ground again by Saturday what should i do?

As the dirt and such attach to it, it will become less tacky...drive it down a dirt road, that should seal it up.
