Anybody out there know if ANYONE has ever converted a petroleum powered vehicle to run on CNG/LNG?
Just wondering if it's possible. Been reading about the coming oil crisis-when oil hits $100-$200 barrel.

I had a mercury that ran on propane early 90s. I have been tempted to convert my m20 to an alternative system but its a little expensive imho.
On a show called the myth busters they forced hydrogen directly into the carb and the car started and ran without any other modifications. Really surprised me. I still have faith in bmw's hydrogen developments.
