Did you turn and take a look, and smile before you went inside or is it just me? I love these cars, going or not...
Just thought I would muse for a bit and share a revelation I recently had...
As I walked up my driveway and passed my beautiful black '94 530i (up on blocks with a drive train or tranny problem...still diagnosing) and then right in front of that my classic orange '82 320i (needing tires, front suspension parts and new front brake calipers) a tear wells up in my eye because my babies are both down and I can't drive them right now.
But then I think..."Hey! Having two broken down Bimmers is better than having none at all!"![]()

Never fear though...thanks to this Bimmer Brotherhood and the Haynes and Bentley they shall both rise again. My wife has been out of work for a good while so buying food is a little more important than fixing my pride and joy. But she's working again and thar be light at the end of ye tunnel (the pirate said) !
