    Default OBC test battery issues

OBC test #9 reads somewhere betweeen 13 and 13.9 volts while the engine is running. This seems a tad low, but still within acceptable limits as far as I can tell.

    Here's the weird thing:
OBC test #6 reads only 9 amps while running. It peaked at 11 amps at one point, but generally stayed right around 9 no matter what accessories were turned on. What's the deal here? With low amperage like this, I'd think the car wouldn't even run, yet everything seems to work fine right now.

Any thoughts on those readings? Is my OBC full of it?

Voltage looks ok. I believe Test 6 is remaining fuel in liters, not charging amps.

your voltage reading seems normal mine at mornings during warmup reads 14.10-14.30volts then if warm normal temp it reads 13.55-13.87volts .test #6 is for litres in tank
