Ok I'm thinking of doing a trans filter and ATF change,have done research on it and have one question.
The bolts that hold the filter on ,do I need and 27 torx screwdriver? is that the right size.

just go out and buy an entire set of torx bits, you will need them all someday

I have a dip-stick so I guess I have the 4HP22 auto. I want to make sure I know what i'm doing before I start undoing things
My ATF has not been changed in 30,000KM and this time I want to do It myself ,to make sure the filter gets changed and not just drained and refilled.
I have been going through the gas lately and have found out that my car does not change into 4th until 65KM!. So 90% of the time I'm in 3rd,so hoping this filter change helps and I hope my tranny is not dying....Poor old gal.

i have a dipstick on my car and it's an A4S but i have an american model.
