Will a foglight from a 1989 535i fit a 1990?

I have a 1990 535i Production date 8/89 and it is missing a front fog light.

I checked the parts etk and for my prod date the part number is:
63178360942

Well there is a fog light on eBay from a 1989 535i that looks to be identical, even the parts ETK image is the same. But the part number is :
63178360940

Price is the same for both parts so I'm wondering if they are identical?

Does anybody know if it will work?

Yes it will. I have an 01/88 535 and all except the ugliest fog lights fit. I haven't tried the ugly chrome crystal one.
