I know the m62 gear box fits the m60, so I don't see why not.

The 6 speed gear box still lives in pre-historic era. The only electrical parts on the 6 speed is the back-up light switch AFAIK.Originally Posted by winfred

No, it won't work.
The M60 version has no CPS mount. Unless you want to tap the bellhousing, or use a custom ECU/front mount tone wheel, which is stupid, source the correct trans for the engine.
