Few cosmetic related questions

1. I'm doing a NATURAL to PARCHMENT interior swap. The headliner and carpet are lighter than the new panels and seats i've got. Can i paint the carpet??? I know i could with the upper panels but don't know what paint brand to use.

2. Since I've been fixing up my bumpers with new impact strips, front grills and brake ducts, i want to know if i cant fix all those little imperfections on the bumper cover (scratches, dents, chips) Is there something that can fill in and even out the stuff on plastic of whatever material the bumper is?

ps. i didnt put these imperfections of the car. they've always been there since i had the car. Also i didnt do the brake ducts yet
