if im feeling ambitious enough sunday im going to attempt to replace my spark plugs and do shadowline on my 5er. Can someone give me some prep tips and techniques on how to properly do a shadowline. i am going to paint the chrome trim on the car because I dont want to risk bending or breaking anything on my car. How should I prep the surface? I was thinking about using some oridnary household kitchen degreaser and going over the chrome and maybe sanding it. But I have some Self etching primer in my basement which should work on the chrome surface. Also I need to get some trim paint.
