Charles, that is a limited M version Japan aniversary edition of the 840. See the M colors on the seats, also the carpets have the same and some other things.
For example the floor mats are no longer available in that special design.
One 840 owner from Germany imported that special Japan edition to Germany and last year I bought for him on the jap auction house a set of these special floor mats for about 200 4 !, and he was happy, in addition he almost paid another 100 $ for shipping to Germany.
