I need help identifying if I have the right part.

I had a leaking condenser so I figured no better time then the present. I ordered a condenser, dryer, and expansion valve from BMA for my '93 525iT. I have the condenser in with no problems however I can't tell if I got the wrong dryer. Also, where is the expansion valve located? I snapped a quick picture of the old and new dryer. As you can see the new part has an extra brass fitting on the side that the original part does not. Just unscrew the round pressure switch and put it on the new dryer?

Any other input would be nice.
