Trans Program fault code reader info

I recently asked for some help with a trans program message after changing fluid and filter and followed Shogun info page instructions and no changes, message is still displayed. Purchased a fault code reader off EBay (Bavarian Autosport) and it displays no faults. Wanted to make sure it worked so I reset service lights.
Cleaned all connectors and switches shown from Bruno's site and from previous posts on this site.
I did the computer reset also. No changes.
Any ideas would be very helpful. Someone said I might have pinched a wire when putting pan back on, I don't really want to drop the pan but maybe that is the next step.
Any other suggestions prior to dropping pan would be appreciated.

I got a trans program due to fluid overfill. Drained and filled to correct amount, no problem since. PS - It was easy for me to check, I have a '92 with the tranny dip stick, you my friend are not so lucky.
