So what have we decided on this year? I dont think anyone set up Karting, so i think we should get on the horn with some place and get something organized. i'm down for something a bit cheaper this year since gas is ridiculous. How much is a gallon of premium up in Chicago now?

Premium is ~$4.00 in the suburbs I shudder to think about it in Chicago proper where it's taxed even more heavily.
What does it have to do with karting though??
I'm well familiar with restaurants in the surrounding area. If folks want to chime in with preferrences I can make suggestions.
There is also (I think it's still there) a large games and eating/drinking place, Gameworks, nearby if the group is less inclined to real racing.
I vote for karting and cocktails after.
I'd make a poll but since I am nearly computer illiterate someone else will need to if that seems a good idea.

I believe you have to setup karting in advance for such a large group, and then someone would have to put up a deposit with a credit card. I dont have a credit card so i can't . Also i haven't seen a real big expressed interest for karting again this year.
