We just bought a condo in Brentwood so I am tied up the next few weekends having garage sales to pair down our stuff to fit in a condo and getting the house in San Diego ready to rent. I really hate missing this meet. Next time definitely.

Also, I see a mini cooper S convertible in my future. Test drove one this weekend. Perfect grocery getter in a place with limited parking. 160 hp on 2500 lbs. Talk about a souped-up go cart. It has all the best features of my former e30 convertible and my former jeep wrangler combined. All I need is money and a red one will follow me home. But probably not the $48,000 one from werks that had something like 200hp, cross drilled roters, carbon fiber dash, ya ya ya.

Ooooh, very nice. I might look into one for my next vehicle, but I think I want a little more space. Those things are really really fun to drive though, especially the S models. Fuel efficient too. Good luck with finding the one in the desired trim. There are a whole lot of options on those cars, I believe.

Shame to hear you won't be able to make it out. I know how the moving stuff goes, I just finished moving my stuff into a new house, and still have a lot of unpacking to do. Next time!
