Default Any luck with these CCFL angel eyes? (Qube?)

I know that CCFL doesn't show the stupid dots like the cheap LED lights, but how are they built and who makes them? Any good?
Any input from owners would be appreciated.

those would look better, but i still think AE's with a complete halo look restupid, they need to be in a U shape at some sort of angle, if i wasnt so damn poor id experiment with the idea...

A big thumbs down to eyes. Only BMWs with one-piece headlights need them. I'll explain why if you want...

Dammit eyes are for BMWs with one-piece headlights. Designed to show four headlights just like an E34, E30, recent older BMWs. Four headlights are a BMW trademark, as well as the kidneys.

That's why you don't put them on an E30 or E34 is becuase it already has four headlights. Looks ricey and cheap on an E34.

I think Qube said the depo were real good in the angle eye area and pretty good quality too.

Ohhhh something for me to try.

Still though, there's a small issue as I see it.

Sure, you can mask off the top so it's not a full circle, but they are too 'modern'. Most will say halos are too modern looking anyways but I digress.

In my opinion, the Depos give off the best halo impression without being too 'in your face'.

The only time these would really look good is if you had a fully built e34... you know... M5/3 look bumper, body color everything, huge wing... hmmmm kinda like this:
