    Default OT PSP laser repair

    Anyone done it?

    My boys got a sick PSP that won't read disks.

    Looks like I need to replace the laser.

    If it is anything like the PS2, it probably needs a good physical cleaning with alcohol.

    He doesn't hang around kids/adults that smoke, does he? Cig smoke is hell on lasers, and hell to clean off. Alc, water, alc + water etc. etc. until it gets clean.
