How cheap can you get not to replace the hubcap emblems? And jeez, what's so hard about taking a toothbrush to the seat controls before you shoot them closeup? Regardless, it brought enough money for a non-AST 525i, regardless of the miles. They should have cut it loose.

Gone but NEVER forgotten. :'(
And then...
How about it. The detailer was too busy putting stripes on the rugs to "detail". Judging by the drivers seat I'd say it was probably owned by someone who did little cleaning and dirt got ground into the hides making all that "patina".

Exactly, I noticed that right away... It would have made a huge difference on the look of the car...Originally Posted by BMWCCA1

Drivers door looks slightly crimped along its front edge too...
and Blech what's with the removed hubcap emblems >:/
I'm sure mine can look that nice with a good detailing day and a new paintjob. Nothing special really.. (but then again, mine doesn't look like that)
Mine is as clean with 138,000 However, if maintained, lower mileage is better. Noticed a small dent below tail light, center hub cab emblem was gone on one wheel, rear package shelf was faded. Leather needed cleaning, conditioning and possivbly a little repair. All small things a little TLC can take care of. Nice car.

They just did a wash/wash/engine clean with leather condition. They have a place called Kensington auto prep in Rockville that does all that for $125.00. And my car looks about as clean as that. It's a beautiful car. Your posted one, I mean.
I guess you haven't seen my '95 E34.It's cleaner than this one but my 525i is white (it is much more forgiving than black). I also have a black car and it's difficult to keep it looking like new. Also, pictures do hide a lot of thing... If you see it in person, you might change your mind.
