It's M8/12 or 14 (8mm diameter) by either 12mm or 14mm long for the front rotor, or a M8/12 for the rear rotor.
Your local ACE hardware has a good selection of single metric fasteners in those yellow parts boxes.

Use a 3/8" drive socket type Allen wrench to remove.Originally Posted by Monastie
You can usually break it free by tapping it with a hammer first to send a vibration through the fastener, before turning it out with the ratchet.
If that don't work, just use a sharp drill bit and drill the head of fastener off. Remove the rotor and whats left of screw should screw off by hand or pliers.
