Hose Clamp or crimped on ?

Never mind,checked Real OEM and see hose clamps are used.Disregard the rest.

I cleaned off the Power Seering hose ends at the reseviour and they are held on with simple screw in hose clamps.I can't seem to keep the larger one up high enough as it keeps slipping down as i tighten it and i s till see a little fluid seeping up .Are these supposed to have basically permenant crimped on ends meaning this was a short cut of the PO? I can try again when i get back to it to hold the clamp up higher while tightening it and i left a towel under the reseviour to see if this will actually be good enough but it was leaving an apx five inch diameter stain wherever i'd park after relative short times .
