Why not do it yourself:

Start with 200 grit sand paper, then make your way up to 2000 grit while using aluminum polish to get your tips a nice fresh polished aluminum look, rather than your black/brown rusty ones now.

A cheap alternative to, aftermarket tips for $30+

I picked up this chrome tips for shock exhaust. It definitely looks better than that tiny tips.
