    Default Couple little things i need help with!! please!!

    Alright so i just bought a 1990 525ia, great condition, but i need some wiring help, and i can't seem to find what i'm looking for in the bently

    1. the previous owner cut the brake wear sensor wires and i need to know what's pos/neg

    2. the car didn't come with a starter, and well, i need to know what wires go to which terminal (i know the big black one is 30, and the other black one is 50, the green/black goes where?)

    3. will e30 euro smiley's fit the e34

    also need to find driver side caliper, and passenger side exterior door handle rod, intake boot, iac boot, lol


    need to get her running soon!!

    almost forgot, does anyone know where i can get my hands on an owner's manual for this model?

    1. i need to have the wiring, because the car is going for an inspection(car hasn't been plated for a year), need them to pass(unfortunately)

    2. the starter doesn't have a 15, only 50, 30, unless i'm missing something

    does anyone have a pic of the starter solenoid?

    3. why don't the euro lights fit?

    Cut them where? At the sensor? They're not polarised.

    Your idea of "great condition" must be different from mine...

    hey thanks for the info guys!

    Macv: i'm from quebec, so any car that is over 5 yrs old and doesn't have rust is in good condition, running or not, lol

    now i need to find an owners manual somewhere, and a scrap yard that has the parts i need
