    Default 80/88 degreee fan switch

Alright im getting rid of my clutch fan and broken shroud while replacing my radiator. They're just one more thing i have to worry about in this car.

Bavauto.com has the lower temp switch for 33.95. http://www.bavauto.com/shop.asp(it wont link to the actual page, look under "cooling system/aux fan") Basically this is all i need to keep my engine as cool as it was with the clutch fan right? I plan on putting in another E-fan later, but for now i just want to know if it will be fine.

What about the 91/99 degree one, is there a huge difference?

since i live in a tropical country i bought the 80/88 one and replaced the 91/99. Theres a difference and the engine runs cooler but the annoying part is the e.fan is always on high mode.If your not annoyed by the e.fan always screeming then i suggest you change to 80/88

Ok, so the 91/99 is stock? If so, then its self explanatory, i will get the 80/88.

Hmm, i thought i would get alot of feedback on this mod. Has no one tried this? All the optimistic 3 series drivers seem to swear they get a dyno proven 10hp, when removing the clutch fan and swapping switches...im not sure i believe it though.
