I need to remove the headlight assemblies from an e32, but noticed that the grille bits look different. Different enough to make me uncomfortable attempting to fish for the tabs to remove the lower trim piece as we do with our e34's (below the lights, integral with the kidneys).
Is the procedure the same? If not, could someone point out the difference?

Thanks Wes, I hope that didn't take too long to post.
Still not entirely certain whether the "rad grille" requires removal, or if the same tough to spot tabs are present on the e32. I'll have to look at it better. I'm hoping its less time consuming than the e34.

There are more instructions on this German site from a delaer in used E32 parts. Even if you do not understand German, pics will do. Even how to get the V12 out is described and shown with many pics.

It appears simpler than the e34 (no fishing for the 'tabs').
