How to remove headlights?

I need to remove the headlight assemblies from an e32, but noticed that the grille bits look different. Different enough to make me uncomfortable attempting to fish for the tab to remove the lower trim piece (below the lights, integral with the kidneys).

Is the procedure the same? If not, could someone point out the difference?

Thanks Shogun, I had a feeling I'd be seeing a post from you. It looks as though I don't need to go fishing for the 'tabs' like you do with the e34.
